STRANGER EYE

‘Stranger Eye’ is Sabah Kenway’s 5th studio single and is a Bossa Nova inspired Neo-soul track which talks about the instant soul connection that can be felt when you meet a complete stranger yet you feel as if they have always been a part of your life wether romantically or platonically.

Produced, mixed and mastered by SFROMWEST (aka. Adam Medzavorian), a west London rapper/producer who Sabah has worked with previously on tracks like ‘Rain of July’ and ‘OVER (SFROMWEST Remix)’, there is no doubt that the pair make a great team.

Initially, ‘Stranger Eye’ was nothing more than a voice note as the two had been working on a completely different song, a lighter more summery track set to be released in July however it did not feel as if the timing was right for that particular song to come out.

As they began brainstorming, Adam sent over a sample which Sabah really liked and thought would go perfectly with something she already had and sent over the voice note for stranger eye (initially called “ hey stranger”), the two instantly loved it and got in the studio to work on it straight away.
